Business Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9-5 Mountain Time

Our shop is closed Saturday and Sunday but weekend visits are available by appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.

Shipping/Handling:
We ship by UPS Ground in the Continental United States and by the U.S. Postal Service to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Actual charges plus handling are the responsibility of the customer as well as any expedited shipments. Shipping and handling charges vary but reflect actual charges plus a handling fee. Shipping/handling charges for saddles is $60.00 in the continental U.S.

Custom Orders:
We provide only the highest quality products and if we could build them any faster without compromising the finished product we would. Please call for current time frames on custom made items. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Any custom order with your brand, initials and custom specifications is non-returnable. Orders must be paid in full before the item is shipped. Prices are subject to change due to the changing costs of materials. Our website will be upgraded regularly with current prices.

Returns/Exchanges:
Only non-custom, in-stock items can be returned or exchanged for a refund or store credit. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on all returns or exchanges and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All unused items eligible for return or exchange must be returned within two weeks in appropriate protective packaging.
